This recipe is a favorite of my daughters and she always enjoys when I make it. The kids love bananas and I either buy too few or too many of them. But when there’s an overabundance of them in our house and they start to get to ripe, this is my go to recipe. Super simple, super moist, and takes less than 20 minutes to prep and put in the oven.
