    1 lb Yellow Yukon Potatoes
  • In a small pot add heavy cream, butter, thyme sprigs, bay leaf, whole garlic cloves, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Simmer on low heat for 5 – 10 minutes.
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter, 3 Garlic Cloves, 1 bunch Fresh Thyme (5 -6 sprigs), 1 Bay Leaf, 3/4 Cup Heavy Cream, 1/2 tsp Nutmeg

Boursin Cheese

  • Bring cream cheese and butter to room temperature. Add to a stand mixer and mix on medium speed 1 – 2 minutes until whipped together.
8 oz Cream Cheese, 4 oz Unsalted Butter
  • Roughly chop basil, thyme, dill, parsley. Grate parmesan cheese. Chop or grate garlic cloves. Add everything to butter/cream cheese mixture. Add salt and pepper. Mix on medium speed for another minute until everything is well combined.
4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme, 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, 1 tbsp Fresh Basil, 2 Garlic Cloves, 1 tbsp Sea Salt, 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • Scrape the sides of the bowl down if needed and mix for another minute.
  • Store cheese in a container or you can use a piece of parchment paper to wrap the cheese which makes it easy to slice. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.

  • Thinly slice onion using a knife or mandolin. Add onions to a bowl. Add buttermilk to bowl and let onions soak for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
1 Red Onion, 2 Cups Butter Milk
